Bamboo Products

Jylery is now offering bamboo products.  Jyl became fasinated with the bamboo groves located at the Margaret Austin Center in 2007 and they are now part of her soul.  In the love for this bamboo she is now making a mutlitude of items utlizing the bamboo that she sustainably harvests herself.  As some may be aware, bamboo in its natural habitat has panda bears and other otnimals keeping the bamboo in perfect balance however without that animal interaction it is left to humans to handle.  Consider Jyl your personal panda bear keeping the bamboo and you in balance with her wonderful products.  Contact Jyl

Bamboo is all natural with no chemicals.  The bamboo when heated creates its own varnish.  In an effort to be sustainable Jyl utlized every part of the bamboo with nothing going to waste.  Each piece of the bamboo has a purpose down to the smallest little joint.  Watch for Jylybeans, handcrafted bamboo beads for all of your beading needs which are coming soon.

Bamboo Flutes   23 inches 18 inches
Bamboo flutes made in the traditional way of a Buddhist monk, all by hand and each will have its own character and look.

Bamboo Quena's
A traditional pan flute made in the style of the Andes mountains, Brazilian indiginous regions and Tibet.  They are all made with great care to work with the bamboo for the post precious sound for that particular piece of bamboo.

Bamboo Kill Bill flute
A flute made in the style of a walking stick which is typically between three to four feet however special orders are available for additional heights.

Bamboo mini incense burners
Small slender 1/2 inch diameter bamboo made to hold mini-incense holders.

Large Multi stick incense burners
Large approximately two inche diameter bamboo made into burners for the normal size incense sticks.

Bamboo Boxes
Custom order only at this time.  They are made of one single piece of bamboo most times over 2.5 inches in diameter and larger.  Made with a hinged lid and fully lines.  Let Jyl know your intended use and she can custom select the exact piece of bamboo and size in which you would like.

Bamboo Mini personal windchimes
These windchimes are utlizing the 1/4 to 1/2 inch size bamboo with copper as your accent.  These make a very zen calming sound in the wind.

Bamboo Winchimes medium . large and Supersized
Assorted sizes available and depending upon the size is the sound in which that chime will sound.  The larger the diameter of the bamboo used will be the deeper and richer of the sound.  Shop Bamboo for current offerings or contact Jyl for a custom order with your size taken to mind.
